Claiming for a wig purchase
Under some conditions, it may be possible to claim back for a wig already purchased from the NHS. Broadly, here are the guidelines:
1. Ask the hospital for a receipt that shows that you have paid an NHS charge, and complete form HC5- claim wigs and fabric supports (PDF). (click here for pdf link - external site)
